My Mom’s Roasted Pork

My Mom’s homemade roasted pork. She made this on a whim using a recipe she found online. I’ll make a post when I find the recipe, but until then…I’ll just leave this right here…

This looks so amazing, especially the layer of fat on each piece. I’m now craving this and a huge bowl of rice!
